Hunters Maple Bush is home to a selection of maple confections.

Recipes perfected over time along with tricks of the trade has allowed the Hunter family to convert the delicate maple syrup into candied sugar masterpieces.

Every bite, no matter what the confection, is complete bliss.

In addition to Maple Syrup, all Maple Confections are made onsite.

- Maple Sugar -

When maple syrup is boiled even further, we are left with 100% pure Maple Sugar. Excellent in your coffee or tea and as a substitution in all your baking.

- Maple Butter -

Even though this confection is called Maple Butter, it contains no butter at all! It gets its name from the consistency, a spread as smooth as butter.

It is 100% pure maple syrup that has been heated & cooled then churned.

Spread it on your toast, warm muffins and fruit.

Once you've had it... you will never be the same!

A classic favourite

Soft Maple Candies made with 100% pure Maple Syrup.

A mixture of walnuts, pecans & almonds candied in maple syrup then tossed in maple sugar along with some other spices to give it a little kick.

Great for salads, baking and snacking anytime.
