We bought some syrup from these guys at the Ancaster farmer's market. They we're friendly and transparent about their product and where it was produced.
Very high quality - would definitely recommend or buy again.

We met  the owner who lives on premise.  He was extremely hospitable, and showed us around his operation.  The land had been in the family several generations and he was happy to answer our questions.  Very cool operation! We sampled some delicious homemade maple products.  He had a variety of syrup grades in glass, plastic and metal containers in various sizes.  Local gem!
